Terms & Conditions

Effective date: May 2026  ·  Last updated: May 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern every booking and treatment provided by Good to Glow (the "Salon", "we", "us"). By booking an appointment, you (the "Client") confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
01 Bookings & deposits

All appointments must be booked through our official channels: WhatsApp, our website, or our booking platform. Bookings made through unofficial channels are not accepted.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the service value (or AED 100, whichever is greater) may be required at the time of booking, particularly for first-time clients and services lasting more than 60 minutes.

The deposit is applied against the final treatment cost on the day of the appointment.

Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received and a confirmation message has been sent.

02 Cancellation & no-show policy
24 hrs+ notice

Full deposit refund, or free transfer to another date.

Within 24 hrs

Deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook.

Less than 2 hrs notice

50% of the service price will be charged. The remaining 50% is credited to your account for a future booking.

No-show

100% of the service price will be charged. Future bookings will require full prepayment.

Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and 100% of the service price will be charged. We cannot guarantee availability for late clients as this affects the schedules of other clients.

If we need to cancel due to staff illness, force majeure, or other reasons beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or free rescheduling at no cost to you.

03 Lateness

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. For in-home visits, the client must be present and the workspace ready upon the technician's arrival.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and the full service price will be charged.

04 Pricing, payment & VAT

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment by debit/credit card and approved digital wallets. Bank transfers are accepted by prior arrangement only.

Tax invoices compliant with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements are issued on request.

Gratuities are entirely at the client's discretion.

05 Treatments & suitability

All treatments require completion of the Treatment Consent Form (Part 2 of this document) before the first session, and an annual update thereafter.

Some treatments require a patch test 24–48 hours before the service (e.g. tinting, certain chemical treatments). The patch test is mandatory — we cannot proceed without it.

It is the client's responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, recent procedures, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status. Failure to disclose may result in adverse reactions for which we cannot be held responsible.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if, in our professional judgment, it is unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

06 Home & mobile visits

The client agrees to provide a clean, well-lit working area with access to running water, electricity, and a flat surface.

A travel surcharge may apply for locations outside our standard service zones. This will be notified at the time of booking.

No third parties should be in the immediate treatment area unless agreed in advance. Children under 12 must be supervised by another adult throughout the appointment.

Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted in the treatment area before or during the appointment.

07 Conduct & safety

Any form of harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will result in the immediate termination of the appointment, a full charge of the service value, and permanent refusal of future bookings.

Photographs or recordings of our staff during a treatment require their explicit prior consent.

08 Health, pregnancy & minors

Pregnant clients must inform us before the treatment. Certain services are not suitable during pregnancy and will not be performed.

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who signs the consent form on their behalf. Certain treatments are not available to minors regardless of consent.

09 Refunds & service recovery

Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please notify us within 48 hours so we can offer a complimentary correction where reasonable and possible.

Retail products may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened and accompanied by a valid receipt.

10 Liability

Good to Glow holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising from any single treatment is limited to the amount paid by the client for that treatment.

We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, medications, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

11 Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

A copy of our Privacy Policy is available on request and on our website.

12 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
