Frequently Asked Questions
Is it hygienic to have waxing done at home?
Yes, and in some ways more hygienic than a salon. Your technician works only with you during your appointment, using fresh wax, single-use strips, and fully sanitised equipment. There’s no risk of cross-contamination from other clients.
Is Brazilian waxing available at home?
Yes. We offer bikini line, bikini, and full Brazilian waxing in the privacy of your home. A towel or sheet is used throughout the appointment. Our specialists are trained to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
How long should my hair be before a wax?
Ideally at least 3–4mm (about 2 weeks of growth after shaving). If the hair is too short, the wax won’t grip it effectively. If you’re unsure, message us before your appointment and we can advise.
How long do waxing results last?
Most areas stay smooth for 3–4 weeks. With regular waxing, the hair tends to grow back finer and sparser over time, making each appointment easier and results longer-lasting.
Can I wax during my period?
You can, though skin tends to be more sensitive during this time. We recommend scheduling bikini and intimate waxing a few days before or after your period if sensitivity is a concern.
